Job Summary
As Assistant Hotel Manager, you’ll help oversee daily hotel operations, ensure high-quality customer service, support strategic planning, and supervise multiple teams. You will act as a key figure for staff, guests, and external partners—balancing daily management tasks with long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide various departments (front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, admin, etc.)

Set objectives and allocate responsibilities to improve operational efficiency

Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, monitor profit & loss

Implement marketing strategies to promote services

Address guest complaints and provide timely solutions

Handle maintenance issues, staff shortages, and renovations

Work with travel agencies, suppliers, and event planners

Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements & Skills

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, or a related field (a plus)

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Knowledge of hospitality laws, hotel operations, and best practices

Strong computer skills (MS Office)
