Assistant Manager, Finance

• In charge of regulatory returns. This will be someone with strong experience in regulatory reporting – MAS610, MAS649, MAS640 and daily regulatory ratios computation.
• Perform variance analysis of MAS610 returns.
• Perform daily Nostro reconciliations and follow up on unreconciled items.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Head office or management.
• Assist with GST returns.
• Assist with new regulatory requirements – including automation and testing of MAS returns.
• Processing of vendors’ invoices..
• Preparation of surveys as and when required.
• Annual preparation/ collation of data for statutory accounts, audit schedules and tax-computation purposes.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments/ back-ups as and when necessary.

Qualification & Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
• Relevant experience in the banking industry
• Good knowledge and familiarity with Singapore banking regulations, proven and significant experience in regulatory reporting.

• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team spirit and collaborative working style.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

• The ability to work with excel/ pivot tables is a must.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Average Salary: HK$ Negotiable
