Job Description

The intern will be placed within the Construction Department and will support the team in the daily management activities of the assigned project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:

• Support in project design coordination activities
• Help in monitoring remediation activities with site inspections and preparation of reports
• Help in the definition and updating of site logistics with the production of graphic designs
• Support in Procurement activities
• Support in Project documentation archiving activities
• Preparation of graphics and presentations
• Preparation of minutes of project meetings

Requirement

• Master’s degree in Civil/Building Engineering
• Deep knowledge of Autocad, the Office package (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe
• Good understanding of spoken and written English
• Interest in managing projects of a certain complexity and construction site activities
• Flexibility and aptitude for being part of a team and in a multidisciplinary context
• Accuracy/reliability in managing specific work tasks and in line with scheduled deadlines
• Short experience on construction sites is also appreciated
