Job Description

The intern will be involved in the Customer’s Project & Construction Team; the tutor will be the Construction Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In particular, the intern will collaborate with the Development Team in the following activities.

• Support in on-site verification activities in terms of quality of work and compliance with contractual deadlines;
• Participation in meetings with the Works Management, the Contractor and the Customer to control the process of drafting, checking and approving the relevant documentation (minutes, documents, tables, sheets, etc.);
• Supervision of the test phases on site;
• Retrieval and organisation of all the as-built project documentation in the Contractor’s charge, certifications, user and maintenance manuals, etc.;
• Verification of the Contractor’s quality standards;
• Technical activities relating to the marketing of the spaces;
• Project operational activities;
• ensuring the achievement of the project and objectives.

Requirement

• Newly graduated architect or technical engineer
• (with a technical orientation, e.g. structural engineer)
• Should be 100% on-site in Milan Project site
• Preferred background: PoliMI
