Business content: Lead and manage related functions as an objective/PURPOSE /specialist.
- Encourage group/department-wide collaboration to solve problems proactively and continuously improve processes.
- Develop members to activate teamwork and promote an open culture. Lead ACCOUNTABILITIES /PQR creation and PQR review. –
- Responsible for conducting and hosting Site Quality Council and Management Reviews, including analyzing/discussing KPIs, taking minutes, and tracking action items to completion.
- Manage the product complaints process, coordinating complaint escalation, product hold, and on-site corrective action.
- Fulfil accountability as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in the area of responsibility to health authorities, including audits and domestic and international stakeholders.
- Lead self-inspection activities to reduce quality risks. Lead quality risk management activities, including risk register management to mitigate risk.
- Lead and timely complete quality tasks in the area you are in charge of. Manage KPI progress through performance dialogues.
- Seek new ways to improve and streamline current businesses, systems, and processes.
- Identify, manage and, where necessary, lead multiple process/product improvement projects to achieve quality, efficiency, and cost improvements.
- Consider priorities, action plans, expected roles, and schedules, lead and involve team members, and increase team members’ motivation and commitment.
- Develop and support leaders and members who will lead the next generation that requires multiple skills.
- Support/involve/lead the identification and implementation of opportunities for continuous improvement (AGILE activities)

Required Skills
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS: High school diploma or higher. A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, biology, or a related field is preferred.・Knowledge for regulations and laws applicable to pharmaceuticals, such as FDA CFR, ICH, GMP, and guidelines.・Leadership, people management/competence・Business level English skills preferred (both oral and written)
