Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Bank Tellers to assist customers with everyday banking transactions. You will handle cash, maintain records, answer inquiries, and promote bank products, ensuring excellent service and security.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash transactions accurately: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.

Balance and reconcile cash drawers daily.

Provide customers with information on bank products and services.

Respond to customer inquiries and assist with account issues.

Maintain confidentiality and follow bank security procedures.

Promote bank products based on customer needs.

Keep accurate transaction records.
Requirements:

HND or equivalent qualification.

Fluent in English.

Experience: from less than 2 years up to more than 10 years.

Ability to manage cash accurately and responsibly.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Team management experience is a plus.
