Job Description

The Marchesi 1824 is looking for energetic, and customer service-minded individuals to join our team as a Barman/Barlady. The Marchesi 1824 guarantees guests are served warm, accommodating and professional, ensuring total guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• He/she is responsible for the preparation of all beverages (cafeteria, drinks, beverages in general)
• He/she represents a point of reference for the clientele, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent service.
• He/she ensures that the counter is always in perfect order and that all equipment used in the service is always in working order and clean.
• Ensures the proper storage of products in compliance with health and hygiene regulations
• Maintains an appropriate image and behaviour in compliance with company service and quality standards
• Up to 45 hours – 2 days off – no splits from Monday to Saturday
• No night shifts
• The shift varies according to the shop working hours are from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
