Job Summary:
Smokey Bole is hiring a skilled and passionate Bole Chef to grill plantain, yam, and fish using traditional Nigerian techniques. The ideal candidate should have experience with street-style grilling and be ready to deliver great taste and top hygiene daily.
Key Responsibilities:

Grill plantain, yam, fish, and other items to perfection

Set up and manage your cooking area daily

Keep workspaces clean and follow all hygiene rules

Monitor food supplies and prep ingredients ahead of busy times

Suggest ideas for seasoning or plating to boost presentation

Record daily sales and collect customer feedback

Support catering orders and promotional events when required
Requirements:

Experience as a bole vendor or grill cook is a strong advantage

Passionate about Nigerian street food and traditional grilling

Excellent knowledge of flavors, texture, and heat control

Hardworking, polite, and dependable

Able to work quickly under pressure

Must understand and follow hygiene and safety standards

Physically fit and used to working around open flames
