Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow our operations in Warri. If you have a strong background in marketing within financial institutions—especially microfinance—and are passionate about team building and business growth, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Relationship Managers to meet sales targets and achieve operational excellence.

Create and execute strategies to increase sales and drive branch profitability.

Analyze KPIs to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Conduct routine performance reviews and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.

Work closely with departments such as marketing, HR, and merchandising to support growth strategies.

Train, mentor, and develop staff on sales, products, and customer engagement.
Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a microfinance institution or bank.

Proven leadership and marketing skills within the financial sector.
Salary:
₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
