About the Role:
Dufil Group is looking for a Business Champ to help drive digital transformation and optimize business processes. This role involves using technology and data to improve operations, working closely with different teams, and supporting ongoing innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic business goals with digital and technology solutions

  • Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency

  • Collaborate and train stakeholders across teams

  • Stay updated with new digital tools and industry trends

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields

  • Fresh first-class graduates with strong interest in digitalization and data analytics are welcome

  • At least 2 years experience in digital transformation or process optimization

  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, or similar)

  • Familiar with project management and strong leadership skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Understanding of cloud platforms and automation tools
