Business Development (Debt Capital Market, Singapore and Hong Kong)

The Job

• Spearheaded product introduction to corporate and institutional clients within Asia’s primary bond markets.
• Manage end-to-end new client adoptions, as well as manage existing corporate and institutional relationships.
• Identify product feature requests and collaborate with key stakeholders across the development teams. Develop cutting-edge market infrastructure that will be the mainstay across debt capital markets in the subsequent decades.

• Strong track record within debt capital markets in various corporate/institutional roles.
• Strong relationships in Asia fixed income markets – DCM, Syndication, Fixed Income/Credit Sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.

Average Salary: HK$40,000
