🧾 Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing new HMO clients across corporate, SME, and individual markets. The role involves strategy execution, lead generation, relationship management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.


🗝️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new HMO clients (corporate, SME, individual).

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and revenue goals.

  • Conduct pitches and close business deals.

  • Upsell and cross-sell HMO services to existing customers.

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, brokers, and providers.

  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct service review meetings and client feedback sessions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and NHIS regulatory changes.

  • Provide insights to adjust pricing and product strategies.

  • Collaborate with clinics, hospitals, brokers, and HR firms to grow networks.

  • Ensure compliance with all NHIS and HMO guidelines.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance and pipeline reports.


📌 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5–6 years in HMO, insurance, or healthcare business development.

  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics.

  • Strategic mindset and deep understanding of HMO operations.
