Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 Monthly
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Business Manager to lead the commercial strategy and customer growth for a new B2B product targeting SMEs. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial leader who can take a product from launch to market success.
Key Responsibilities:
📈 Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure profitability
🚀 Design and execute go-to-market strategies for SME customer acquisition
🤝 Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on business goals
📊 Set KPIs, track performance, and drive improvements through data
📋 Build and improve operational processes for onboarding, engagement, and support
🧠 Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to refine strategy
📢 Partner with marketing and sales to generate leads and strategic collaborations
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related (MBA is a plus)
✅ 5+ years in business management, growth, or product marketing (preferably in tech or SaaS)
✅ Strong knowledge of the SME landscape and digital product environments
✅ Proven record of scaling new or early-stage products
✅ Confident in fast-moving environments with a problem-solving mindset
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
