Description
ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of 360 Connect, a subsidiary of the VODAFONE group, is looking for executives for the role of Call Center & Chat Agent, who will work at Vodafone facilities.
Responsibilities
Servicing existing clientele in order to manage, understand and record requests as well as to provide full information on account matters (account analysis, extension of payments, etc.)
Management of requests through telephone service and alternative Social networking channels (Chat, Email & Facebook)
Data entry within the CRM platform
Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ideally experience in the field of telephone service
Spirit of teamwork and cooperation
Secondary school diploma
Knowledge of the English language
Familiarity with using a PC
