Purpose of the Role:
To protect the company’s operations, people, properties, and reputation from all forms of security risks by creating and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce strong security policies and strategies for the company.

Prevent and respond to security breaches, theft, or threats effectively.

Monitor both internal and external security risks and report findings to management.

Maintain proper security systems and equipment to protect the company’s operations.

Ensure all departments have the security staff and tools they need.

Gather security intelligence and act on potential threats before they become problems.

Train staff on security awareness and how to respond to emergencies.

Keep top management informed about any growing security concerns.

Build and manage a professional security team to support all business areas.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
-
Relevant experience in corporate or industrial security management is an added advantage.
