Job Summary:
Ascentech Services Ltd is hiring a Chief Security Officer to lead and manage all security operations at its manufacturing facility in Ogere. The ideal candidate should have a military or police background, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to implement security frameworks that protect people, property, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for the factory.

Design and implement crime prevention strategies.

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies on factory-related security issues.

Lead investigation and prosecution of internal security breaches.

Oversee the recruitment and training of security personnel.

Provide advisory support and report all incidents to senior management.

Supervise both internal and contracted security guards.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.

Create and manage security duty rosters.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in security management

Ex-military or ex-police background preferred

Strong leadership and crisis management capabilities

Proficient in risk assessment and emergency planning

Hands-on experience with CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
