Job Description
The Company’s client is a Chinese company launching its Asset Management business in Hong Kong. They are looking for an accountant to join their finance team.

Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts for group companies and prepare statutory accounts
- Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to bank reconciliation, inter-co reconciliation, preparing vouchers and accounting schedules
- Responsible for portfolio/SPV reporting and bookkeeping
- Perform capital call and management fee calculation
- Manage and monitor cash and funding
- Liaising with external parties, including banks, tax authorities, auditors & service providers, etc
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Degree in accounting or related disciplines
- Member of HKICPA or equivalent
- Big 4 auditing experience preferred
- 5 years of relevant working experience
- Independent, highly self-motivated and well organized
- Good time management, ability to undertake multi-tasks with tight schedules, project deadlines
- Hands-on experience in Flex System
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediately available preferred
