Job Description:
We are looking for a fluent Chinese-speaking candidate to join our team as a Chinese Translator. This is a full-time on-site position, ideal for someone who is passionate about languages, cultural understanding, and communication. You will work closely with our HR department to provide day-to-day translation and interpretation between English and Chinese, helping bridge communication gaps and ensuring cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate written materials from English to Chinese and vice versa.

Interpret conversations during meetings and HR-related activities.

Ensure translations are accurate, contextually appropriate, and culturally sensitive.

Assist in drafting bilingual documents, emails, and internal communications.

Support cross-cultural communication within the company.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and understanding.
Qualifications & Skills:

Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.

Excellent translation and interpretation skills.

Keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Strong knowledge of Chinese culture and etiquette.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in translation or a related field is an advantage.

A Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is preferred.
