📌 About the Role
Quicky Chillis, a 24-hour restaurant and nightlife spot located on Governor’s Road, Ikotun, is looking for an experienced Club Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, manage events, and ensure guests have a premium entertainment experience.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Staff Management: Supervise bartenders, security, DJs, waiters, and other employees.

Customer Service: Ensure all patrons enjoy a seamless and positive club experience.

Event Planning: Organize theme nights, live shows, guest appearances, and other special events.

Marketing & Promotion: Boost club visibility using social media, ads, and influencer partnerships.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, daily sales tracking, stock levels, and cost control.

Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly and tactfully.

Team Leadership: Inspire and manage staff to deliver excellent service.

Safety & Security: Maintain a safe and compliant club environment for both staff and patrons.

Inventory Management: Monitor and restock liquor, supplies, and essential equipment.

Compliance: Ensure all operations meet legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., alcohol licensing).
Requirements

HND / B.Sc / Master’s Degree in any discipline

5 – 10 years of experience in nightlife, hospitality, or club management

Proven skills in team leadership, event coordination, budgeting, and conflict resolution

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong understanding of nightlife trends, customer service, and digital promotions
