Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve quality food according to company guidelines
2. Cleaning and organization of all work areas
3. Preparation of the mise en place for the corresponding meals
4. Assistance in the timely, efficient and successful handling of guest inquiries
5. Control of food quality and correct storage
6. Consider departmental goals and take active steps to achieve them

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• A current, valid, and relevant trade commercial cookery qualification (proof may be required)
• Previous experience as a Commis de Cuisine or Chef Apprentice

• Ability to work with a Team
