Gendron & Gendron is currently looking to hire construction workers for the 2025 construction season and beyond.
Construction workers will be required to perform multiple tasks which include, but are not limited to: shoveling, raking, lifting/moving heavy objects, understanding and following company/OSHA safety requirements, working independently and as part of a team, working in a fast-paced environment, taking direction from supervisors and continuing to learn the many different tasks that are required on a day- to-day basis.
There is no prior experience needed for this position, we are willing to train applicants that are willing to learn.
The construction worker position is a full-time position which will require working in all different weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold etc.) The construction worker position is an hourly paid position which offers extremely competitive pay based on a 50-hour work week.

Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
