Job Description

More specifically, we are looking for a colleague to work on and lead projects for one of the following:

• Capital markets front-office
• Large scale transformations program in Financial Services
• Risk & Regulatory
• Business effectiveness and efficiency, process re-engineering

Responsibilities

• Deliver value for our clients through various projects in Paris, as well as across Europe
• Take ownership of project management, and play a role in managing client relationships.
• Leverage your expertise and network to drive our service offerings and participate in the pursuit of new business opportunities

You will perform other duties as assigned, including supporting internal projects, research and business development.

Requirements

• M.Sc. degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Engineering
• You have a first successful experience of 2 – 5 years in consulting or in the industry, at Fintech or banks
• You ideally have a track record in one or several of the following fields:
  • Capital markets
  • Fintech
  • Risk management and regulatory environment (Basel III-IV, EMIR, FRTB…) Industrialization (simplification, low-cost models,…)
  • Finance control and compliance
  • Performance management
• You are fluent in English and French and have good analytical and conceptual skills.
• You are proactive and creative and have strong interpersonal communication aptitudes.
• You are rigorous, enthusiastic and mobile.
