Role Objective:
To serve as a key relationship manager for consumer clients by assessing financial needs, offering relevant banking solutions, cross-selling services, and ensuring excellent customer service that builds long-term relationships and drives portfolio growth.

Business Development | Acquire new clients and grow existing portfolios to meet targets |
Digital Banking | Promote usage of mobile/online banking and ATM services |
Compliance | Adhere to bank policies and ensure data security |
Referrals | Direct clients to other departments for complex financial needs (e.g., mortgage, wealth mgmt.) |
Community Engagement | Represent the bank at outreach events and promote financial literacy |
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Experience: Minimum 2 years in consumer or retail banking (customer-facing role)
