Racogh is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to develop and manage engaging content across social platforms, YouTube, and webinars. The ideal candidate must possess advanced graphic design and professional desktop video editing skills. This is a remote role, but highly structured, team-oriented, and task-driven.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage weekly social media content calendars

Design clean, branded graphics for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns

Professionally edit videos for social platforms, YouTube, and webinars using desktop software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut

Work within a structured, task-based team

Follow brand guidelines and creative directions precisely

Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms

Engage with basic community interactions (comments, DMs)

Track performance and suggest creative improvements

Support product launches and promotional campaigns with content
✅ Requirements:

3+ years of social media content creation experience

Strong desktop video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)

Advanced graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

Ability to edit in different formats: Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, and webinars
