Job Summary:
The Critical Facilities IV professional is responsible for performing moderately complex maintenance, inspections, and repairs on data center infrastructure and systems. You’ll support site operations, collaborate with vendors, ensure safety protocols, and play a key role in minimizing downtime through efficient facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on site

Handle plumbing, safety, fire suppression, and critical infrastructure systems

Monitor BMS (Building Monitoring System) alarms and resolve issues
-
Operate equipment with limited supervision
-
Implement energy efficiency measures
Vendor Support

Assist with supervising service providers during maintenance activities
-
Ensure maintenance follows standard operating procedures

Update technical documentation in collaboration with vendors
Site Administration & Incident Handling

Complete Maintenance Operation Protocols (MOPs) and logs
-
Respond to moderately complex failures and incidents
-
Recommend improvements for identified SPOFs (Single Points of Failure)
Work Orders & Projects

Complete installation tasks and infrastructure updates

Support and repair office and auxiliary equipment
-
Participate in small-scale infrastructure projects
Team Collaboration

Work closely with peers to resolve incidents

Provide mentorship to junior technicians

Communicate inventory needs for smooth operations
Qualifications:

Minimum Education: SSCE / High School Diploma
-
Experience: 2–4 years in facility operations or maintenance

Strong understanding of facility systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.)

Ability to follow SOPs and handle tasks with minimal supervision

Technical judgment and problem-solving abilities required
