AffordableTours.com, an industry leader in the online travel industry, is looking for travel consultants who can effectively communicate our travel partner’s package features and benefits to potential clients. The travel consultants will manage the clients’ accounts to ensure service and client satisfaction.Successful candidates will have experience selling cruises in a fast-paced environment, the ability to interact with people from all walks of life, excellent time management skills, the capability to work independently and without direction, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent attendance record. • 100% work from home position (full-time position – must reside in Florida)
• A Monday to Friday job with daytime hours. No night or weekend work (only one Saturday every four weeks)
• Guaranteed minimum earnings of $42,000 per year for the first year, then commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and reply to inbound client leads.
• Provide advice and help clients choose the best cruise or tour vacation for their budget and needs.
• Stay current on the newest and best vacations, including cruises and tours.
• Have fun while helping your clients plan their dream vacations.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Service your active client’s bookings and your fellow travel consultants’ active clients’ bookings when unavailable.

Requirements

• Experience selling cruises or other travel-related products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales and/or service positions with a high-volume phone and online environment.
• Ability to use multiple computer applications such as email and the internet.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and nurture relationships.
• Excellent collaboration skills with co-workers.
• Must reside in Florida
• 2+ years of experience selling cruises or other travel products
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• High-speed internet available from your home (50 Mbps minimum)
• Computer and internet skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) major plus.
