Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and digitally savvy individual to serve as our Customer Experience and Social Media Manager. This role combines top-tier customer service with strategic social media management to strengthen brand loyalty and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:

Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, and social media.

Ensure timely, professional, and empathetic resolutions to customer concerns.

Analyze feedback trends and suggest service improvements.

Foster strong customer relationships to boost retention and satisfaction.

Collaborate across departments to enhance the overall customer journey.
Social Media Management:

Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok.

Create posts, manage calendars, and stay on top of social trends.

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

Monitor competitor activities and audience engagement to optimize performance.

Track metrics and prepare reports to inform content strategy.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1–2 years’ experience in customer service or social media management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.

Basic graphic and video editing skills are an added advantage.
-
Must be organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Salary:
