Job Description

Support your business by providing customer-friendly solutions for issues related to product quality, supply chain quality, and process qualityResponsibilities

•  Deepen understanding of customer expectations and requirements for quality
• Support and contribute to resolving customer quality issues regarding products, supply chains, processes, etc.
• Use customer-centric indicators to Prioritizes quality issues
• Under supervision, builds external relationships and supports external quality communication
• Contributes as a team member to process improvement efforts Ships and receives defective products

• Job Type: Permanent Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
• Salary Bonuses: Bonuses paid on top of indicated salary.
• Work Hours: Weekdays, flextime system (core time 11:00-15:00) Prescribed working hours per day: 7.5 hours
• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (12/30-1/3), paid vacation (up to 12 days in the first year), sick leave (3 days a year), special leave.

• Work location: Takeshiba office
• Employment form: Full-time employee (trial period of 3 months)
• Annual salary: Depending on experience and skills. (Both the upper and lower limits can be adjusted to some extent)
• Fixed bonus: 4 months’ worth (included in the above annual salary)
• Performance-linked bonus: Available Prescribed working hours per day 7.5 hours
• Holidays/vacations: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (12/30-1/3), paid vacation (up to 12 days in the first year), sick leave (3 days a year), special leave.
