We are looking for French speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a multinational company in Athens.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat, building customer trust through empathetic personalized conversations
Strive to resolve issues on the first call and take ownership of customer needs and issues, engaging with them in a friendly and professional manner
Actively listen to their concerns, offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with company customer service policies
Requirements
Knowledge of French at native or near-native level
Level B2 at least in English
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Strong telephone contact and active listening skills
Knowledge of technologies
