Tasks
For a customer, based in the center of Valencia, we are looking for Inbound Call Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. Candidates must live in Valencia or be willing to relocate in the short term.
The candidate will be handling the administrative and technical questions from Belgian telecom company customers.
Profile
- Call Centre experience is an added value, but not required
- Basic computer skills are necessary
- Able to follow procedures around sensitive data
- Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services)
- You are looking for a challenging long term position

Working hours: Shifts are scheduled:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 20:00
- Saturdays, 9:00 – 18:00
Hours will always be distributed over 5 days
Training: 2 x 2 weeks.
