 Handle booking and booking related operation in IQSHIP when booking request is received from customer

 Correspond with DOC center to create Bill of Lading when Shipping instruction is received from customer

 Create invoice.

Import

 Handle Import manifest in IQSHIP/NACCS for Japan 24hours advanced manifest rule

 Create Arrival notice /invoice

 Crate delivery order

Correspondence customer inquiries

 Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solution

Requirements:

Communication skills

Experience in shipping industry or logistics industry at least more than 1 year.

Education – College Graduates

Language – English (Business)
