Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and enhancing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain empathy, professionalism, and patience throughout customer interactions.

Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies.

Process orders, returns, and requests efficiently and accurately.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.

Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.

Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Requirements:

2–3 years of proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM or customer support tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Must be smart, professional, customer-focused, and tech-savvy.
