Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and enhancing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Maintain empathy, professionalism, and patience throughout customer interactions.

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Process orders, returns, and requests efficiently and accurately.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.

  • Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.

  • Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and customer service standards.


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM or customer support tools.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Must be smart, professional, customer-focused, and tech-savvy.

  • Female candidates are strongly preferred for this role.
