Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and help ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

HND or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Level:
Entry Level (1–2 years preferred)
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally

Process orders, monitor deliveries, and work with logistics to ensure smooth operations

Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Resolve customer complaints with helpful and timely solutions

Work with other departments to improve service quality

Stay informed on company policies, diesel pricing, and market updates
Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Prior customer service or order processing experience is a plus

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Familiar with digital tools and basic computer skills

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
