Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person

  • Resolving issues and ensuring a positive client experience

  • Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and patience at all times

  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Active listening and a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM software is a plus

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

  • Must be willing to love and accept people as they are
