Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process orders efficiently. The ideal candidate must be empathetic, calm under pressure, and have prior experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively

Provide in-depth knowledge about products and services

Process customer orders, forms, requests, and modifications

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

Coordinate with team members to resolve customer needs quickly

Offer constructive feedback on customer service processes

Requirements:

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the food or hospitality industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with computers and customer service software

Calm and professional under pressure

Highly organized and detail-oriented
