Job Summary:

MyJobMag is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong communication skills and a telesales mindset. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, while promoting company products/services and driving client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

🎧 Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve complaints with patience and empathy.

  • Offer product/service information and troubleshooting support.

  • Log and track customer interactions using CRM tools.

📞 Telesales:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

  • Promote services and identify client needs to close sales.

  • Follow up for feedback and upselling opportunities.

🤝 Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to boost loyalty.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

🗂️ Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.

  • Prepare and analyze reports on customer service and sales performance.

  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues.

📚 Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on products, services, promotions, and policies.

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and customer service best practices.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).

  • Experience: 2–3 years in customer service, preferably with telesales exposure.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    • Interpersonal and persuasive selling skills

    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

    • Goal-driven with a proactive attitude

    • Familiar with email platforms and customer service software


Work Conditions:

  • Full-time role

  • May include evening or weekend shifts as required

  • Target-driven, performance-based environment
