💡 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Answer customer calls, chats & emails
✅ Resolve complaints and follow up
✅ Guide customers on products and services
✅ Process orders, returns & exchanges
✅ Update and manage customer records
✅ Work with team to ensure satisfaction
✅ Escalate unresolved issues when needed
✔️ Requirements:
🎓 OND, HND, or BSc
🗓️ 0–1 Year Experience (any field)
💬 Strong communication & interpersonal skills
🖥️ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM tools
