Join Orison Careers Consult as a Customer Service Representative and help our clients by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth experience across phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face.

Resolve client issues with empathy, speed, and accuracy.

Maintain a friendly, customer-first attitude at all times.

Use basic computer tools and CRM software (if available).

Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Requirements & Qualities:

Education: HND, B.Sc., or Master’s Degree

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level welcome!)

Excellent communication and listening skills

Strong problem-solving & multitasking ability

Empathetic, calm under pressure, and loves people as they are

Prior customer service experience is a plus, not a must
