Join Orison Careers Consult as a Customer Service Representative and help our clients by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth experience across phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face.

  • Resolve client issues with empathy, speed, and accuracy.

  • Maintain a friendly, customer-first attitude at all times.

  • Use basic computer tools and CRM software (if available).

  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements & Qualities:

  • Education: HND, B.Sc., or Master’s Degree

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level welcome!)

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Strong problem-solving & multitasking ability

  • Empathetic, calm under pressure, and loves people as they are

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, not a must
