🎯 Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team of agents on the trading floor. If you have strong leadership skills and at least 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in fintech, digital assets, or gift card trading), this role is for you.
🔍 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide Customer Service Agents for excellent service delivery

Resolve complex customer issues and escalate where necessary

Train, mentor, and onboard new team members

Monitor operations and optimize daily customer service workflow

Ensure policy compliance and up-to-date product knowledge

Analyze service metrics and provide performance reports

Collaborate with leadership to enhance service strategies
✅ Requirements

HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree

Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service supervisory role

Experience in digital asset or gift card industry is a plus

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

Proven leadership and team motivation abilities
