On a daily basis you will:

Be the focal point of contact between Isaac and its partner schools;
Ensure that schools’ experience with Isaac is incredible and enchanting;
Not choosing tasks;
Work well as a team, in a collaborative, frank and transparent manner;
Have a sense of urgency to prioritize activities;
Transform relationships into data through our CRM;
Ensure that the voice of our customers is reaching other areas of the company in a clear and structured way;
Be willing to undertake travel and face-to-face visits to our clients on a sporadic basis;
Develop retention action plans;
Conduct renewal, cross-sell and up-sell negotiations.

To participate in our process you need to have:

At least 2 years of experience working with B2B relationships;
Ability to work with multiple activities in parallel;
Ability to conduct negotiations in a transparent, firm and reputable manner;
Clear, structured and effective communication;
High capacity for prioritizing activities based on data;
Basic knowledge of Excel;
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk and Sales Force;
Use of BI tools to support decision making.
