🎯 Job Summary:

This role blends customer service, sales coordination, and relationship management. You will serve as a multi-channel contact point, handling inquiries, driving sales campaigns, supporting debt recovery, and maintaining positive client relationships.


🗝️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic, timely support via WhatsApp, phone, email & social media

  • Drive sales campaigns through follow-ups and closing deals

  • Manage debt recovery with patience and clarity

  • Handle difficult clients with conflict resolution and trust-building

  • Use CRM platforms (like Zoho, HubSpot, Freshdesk) to track all customer activities

  • Collaborate with the founder’s PA, project teams, and community managers

  • Contribute feedback to improve customer experience and brand loyalty


Requirements:

  • 2–8 years in customer service, sales support, or client management

  • Proven success in sales pipelines or debt recovery

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.)

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • High emotional intelligence, persuasion, and calmness under pressure

  • Experience with personal brands, social enterprises, or multi-project teams is a plus

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced/hybrid setting
