🎯 Job Summary:
This role blends customer service, sales coordination, and relationship management. You will serve as a multi-channel contact point, handling inquiries, driving sales campaigns, supporting debt recovery, and maintaining positive client relationships.
🗝️ Key Responsibilities:

Provide empathetic, timely support via WhatsApp, phone, email & social media

Drive sales campaigns through follow-ups and closing deals

Manage debt recovery with patience and clarity
-
Handle difficult clients with conflict resolution and trust-building

Use CRM platforms (like Zoho, HubSpot, Freshdesk) to track all customer activities
-
Collaborate with the founder’s PA, project teams, and community managers
-
Contribute feedback to improve customer experience and brand loyalty
✅ Requirements:

2–8 years in customer service, sales support, or client management

Proven success in sales pipelines or debt recovery
-
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.)

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

High emotional intelligence, persuasion, and calmness under pressure

Experience with personal brands, social enterprises, or multi-project teams is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced/hybrid setting
