Job profile:
The main functions of the position will be:
- Telephone service: receiving and issuing calls to previously imported customers to explain the customs clearance process.
- Direct telephone contact, via email, etc., with clients.
- Inform the client about taxes, agencies, customs legislation, etc.
- Registration of all information in the system and calculation of costs according to origin and type of merchandise.
- Obtain all the information/documentation necessary to carry out customs clearance quickly.
- Troubleshooting.

Candidate profile:
- Training in Administration or similar.
- Previous experience in a Call Center/Front.
- Knowledge of computer tools: Excel, Word, Access…etc. Experience in managing them.
- Valuable knowledge of GEMA, NPTS, etc.
- Knowledge of International Trade and customs legislation.
- English high level.
- High management skills stress tolerance and learning ability.
- Accustomed to working with high volumes and in a team.
