Data Analyst Manager (Business Intelligence) – BankingAmbition
Job Description
The client is a reputable bank with its International Group business headquartered in Hong Kong. They are expanding their Data team with BI (business intelligence) talents.Responsibilities
- Report to the Team Head of Business Intelligence in a big team of ~15
- Handle customer data and support business requirements
- Data projects planning and working closely with internal stakeholders
- Support the business for customer behavior analysis
- Analyze and identify business opportunities / build customer segmentation to maximize business revenue
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in the business banking team on project planning and execution
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 4+ years of work experience in business intelligence/data analytics
- Technically proficient in Python/SAS/Tableau for BI applications
- With business intelligence, analytics/database, marketing knowledge and experience will be a plus
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a must (banking/insurance/brokerage)
- Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) are a must
Average Salary:HK$55000
