What will you do daily:
Telephone support, management and service of customer requests. More specifically:
Manage incoming requests via phone, e-mail and chat.
Resolve problems and answer questions customers have about the products they buy from our online platform.
Entering and updating information in the company’s customer management system (CRM).
Monitoring the progress of our customers’ requests and communicating with Pricefox’s partners in order to best deal with them.
Control, processing, promotion and archiving of electronic supporting documents and documents in accordance with our internal procedures and the Sales Policy of our respective partner.
Cooperation and support in the sales department.
What you need to have:
Be high school or higher education graduates.
Be able to comfortably use PC and CRM systems.
Have a customer-centric approach and developed communication skills.
Have a team spirit and be able to work with different teams at the same time.
