
InVivo Digital Factory
Invivo Digital Factory is the digital hub of the InVivo group, the leading French agricultural cooperative group. Its mission since 2018: to manage and execute the digital transformation of the group and all of its strategic BtoB and BtoC businesses (Agriculture, Wine, Retail/Gardening and food distribution and Malting).
Among these major development projects, a success story was born: aladin.farm, the first digital project developed by the company in 2019. A sales platform for agricultural products and services from InVivo cooperatives, aladin.farm is the result of the collaboration with 9 member cooperatives planning to digitalize the marketing of their supplies to their farmers. In 2025, three years after its launch, aladin.farm will pass the milestone of one million agricultural items sold online with a turnover of more than €150 million.
In 2021 a new page opens for InVivo Digital Factory which is tackling the BtoC market with the overhaul of the e-commerce sites of Teract, the Retail branch of InVivo
: Jardiland.com and Gammvert.fr.
As part of this mission, you will be responsible for importing and integrating product data into the product information management (PIM) system of our e-commerce platform, in accordance with established procedures. You ensure coordination between all stakeholders: the business, the agro-suppliers and the repository team. with all users as well as with data providers/contributors.
You will report to the Product Reference Manager
This mission will be the opportunity for you:
to have a complete vision of how product information is managed on an e-commerce site through a PIM market solution, of the impact of product marketing on SEO, etc.
to develop your skills in e-commerce product marketing, data quality, etc.
Your role is twofold:
You co-represent your range(s) as the main point of contact for all data stakeholders
You support suppliers in completing and enriching data
Your main missions:
Ensure the collection and organize the management of product data from different internal and external sources
Ensuring data integration efficiently and accurately
Ensure the reliability of operations by ensuring that defined processes are applied
Ensure the 1st level of monitoring of SLAs and data quality KPIs and propose the necessary actions to resolve any problems reported
Work with the PIM Manager, the e-commerce market assistants and the life cycle manager with the aim of continuous improvement of data management
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and tools related to product data management.
Required profile
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Data management skills and ability to work with complex data
Training and experiences:
BAC +3 training in IT, business IT, information management or related fields you have a first successful experience of at least 1 year in an equivalent position (product data management), preferably in a e-commerce or retail environment with a good understanding of Marketing, Digital and Data issues.
Team spirit, organization, interpersonal skills and analytical skills will be your best assets. Comfortable with the Office pack (Excel) and IT tools.
