Responsibilities

  1. Digital Management: Support the Director of Marketing with all digital marketing strategies.
  2. Website Management: Oversee the hotel’s website, and three additional outlet websites ensuring a seamless user experience, optimizing for conversions, and implementing SEO and visual content with strategy supported by the Director of Marketing.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the hotel’s presence on various social media platforms, engaging with the audience and fostering brand loyalty
  4. Content Creation: Manage content development across digital platforms, including social media, and seasonal website transitions with photography and videography vendors.
  5. Email Marketing: Support the deployment process of monthly email marketing campaigns, and targeted messaging to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  6. Paid Advertising: Launch digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and paid social, to increase brand visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to assess ROI and optimize strategies for improved results.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

  1. Onsite role – candidates living in or relocating to the Seattle area only.
  2. Previous CMS experience with websites is required
  3. Previous Social Media management experience is required
  4. Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and other relevant computer applications required
  5. Graphic design experience (Canva or other software programs) is a plus
  6. Photography skills and experience with photoshoots and content creation is a plus
  7. University/College degree in a related discipline is a plus
  8. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
  9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  10. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  11. Highly responsible & reliable
  12. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
