Digital Promotion PromoterAs a partner in marketing and business digitization, the so-called “digital transformation”, you will play a leading role in formulating and executing digital marketing strategies, promoting and managing PDCA from a bird’s-eye view of the entire business.The main business contents are as follows.

• Formulation of an overall strategy for digital transformation
• Marketing process design from the customer’s perspective, such as the customer journey
• The grand design of measures and platforms for the realization of strategies
• Project management for implementing measures and building platforms
• Designing various KPIs in line with strategies and PDCA management based on them
• Introduced digital marketing solutions to reform sales activities　‣In addition to improving websites and utilizing MA tools, discovering business issues, proposing measures to be solved, managing customer information and linking with sales support systems, etc., Planning and executing of projects in anticipation of future medium- to long-term organizational reforms and optimization of sales channels

Eligibility/ConditionsLanguage skills: Japanese (business level), English (daily conversation level)3+ years of experience in any of the following

• Any business of planning, designing, building, or analyzing a website or web service
• CRM and marketing consulting experience
• Experience in proposing and implementing MA, DMP, BI, CRM, etc.
• Consulting experience at a consulting company
• Experience in web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, etc.)
