Job Description
As a Direct Sales Agent (DSA), your role will focus on promoting and selling banking and microfinance products directly to customers, often through fieldwork and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach new customers to offer bank and microfinance services. -
Product Expertise:
Understand and explain all banking products and eligibility requirements to clients. -
Sales Targets:
Work to achieve set sales goals—both individually and as part of a team. -
Client Relationship:
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. -
Application Support:
Guide clients in completing loan/account applications and submitting documents. -
Compliance:
Adhere strictly to regulatory policies including KYC and AML procedures. -
Market Insights:
Conduct local market research to understand customer needs and suggest improvements. -
Training:
Participate in continuous learning and training sessions to stay updated. -
Customer Service:
Respond to client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency. -
Reporting:
Keep accurate daily records of sales, interactions, and customer feedback. -
Field Visits:
Travel within communities to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. -
Feedback:
Collect and relay client feedback to help improve bank products and services. -
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of a Technical Certificate or similar qualification

No prior experience required—training will be provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Willing to engage in outdoor sales activities and community visits

Basic understanding of financial services is a plus
