Job Description

The background is business expansion through integration and organizational strengthening to realize an IPO in 2025.We are looking for a person who will drive the expansion of management, IP production business, and content solution business as the company’s China branch manager.(business manager) for listing three years after the management integration in 2022.

• [Business content] Overall management of the Chinese branch officeAfter joining the company, you will travel to Japan after at least 3 months of domestic training.
• Formulation of business plans
• Sales management
• Back office operations (recruitment, evaluation, labour, general affairs)
• Management of IP production business
• Launch of content solution business

Our core business in China is IP production for local customers. We are also considering launching businesses such as content solutions in the future.?

• <Customers> Mostly local companies in China

[About the Shanghai base] 5 to 10 local members are enrolled * All members can speak Japanese. (Report line is CEO of Japan)

General Requirements

Required Skills
